Onboarding & Launch Timelines

  • Kickoff call: within 3 business days of signed agreement + first payment
  • GHL sub-account build: live within 10–15 business days of kickoff (per tier)
  • SEO: technical audit delivered within 10 business days; first content/optimizations live within 20 business days
  • Email/SMS: first campaigns live within 7 business days of list/asset handoff
  • Paid media: campaigns launched within 7 business days of ad account access + creative approval

Reporting

  • 24/7 live dashboard access (GHL reporting + campaign dashboards)
  • Monthly performance report delivered by the 5th business day of the following month
  • Growth/Dominate tiers: monthly 30-minute strategy call included

Revisions & Approvals

  • 2 rounds of revisions included on any creative/copy deliverable; additional rounds billed at $75/hr
  • Client has 5 business days to approve/request changes before Foot Prints Marketing proceeds with the original deliverable as final

Guarantees & Limitations

  • No agency can guarantee specific rankings, ROI, lead volume, or ad platform approval — Foot Prints Marketing guarantees the process, deliverables, and timelines above, not outcomes controlled by search engines, ad platforms, or market conditions.
  • SEO results are typically measurable at 90–120 days minimum; this is disclosed to every client before signing.
  • Ad accounts and organic platforms are subject to third-party policy changes outside agency control.

Contract Terms

  • Minimum initial term: 3 months on all recurring packages; month-to-month thereafter
  • Cancellation: 30 days’ written notice required
  • Payment: autopay due on the 1st of each month; 5-day grace period, then a 5% late fee and pause of active work until current
  • Ownership: client retains ownership of their domain, GHL sub-account, ad accounts, and content upon full payment; agency retains ownership of proprietary workflow/automation templates
  • Ad spend is billed directly by the platform (Google/Meta) to the client’s card unless otherwise arranged — management fees are separate and invoiced by Foot Prints Marketing
